Experience: 5-8 years of relevant Direct/ B2B Sales experience

Work Location: Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking events.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting IT Staffing Services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs to tailor IT Staffing Services accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Provide ongoing support and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of Services to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand competitors offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management review.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Desired experience & skills
  • Experience in Sales of Staffing Services.
  • Reasonably good communication and presentation skills.
  • Extremely confident, self-driven and go-getter.
