Investment Banking Analyst - Technology

Location: Austin, TX

We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join a growing Technology Investment Banking team. The Analyst will support M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments for technology companies across software, SaaS, fintech, IT services, cybersecurity, and other technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution.
• Analyze financial statements and business performance metrics.
• Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of investment banking, valuation, transaction advisory, consulting, or related experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Interest in technology and high-growth companies.
