Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud platforms, data architecture, and software engineering. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to build innovative AI-powered solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define scalable, secure, and resilient AI architecture patterns.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives and solution roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable AI/ML frameworks, models, and cloud services.

Generative AI Development

• Architect applications utilizing:
• Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI Frameworks
• Prompt Engineering
• Vector Databases
• Fine-tuning and Model Optimization
• Design multi-agent AI systems and AI copilots.

Cloud & Data Integration

• Build AI solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Integrate enterprise data sources, APIs, and knowledge repositories.
• Design data pipelines supporting AI model deployment and monitoring.

Governance & Security

• Implement Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish model monitoring, explainability, and risk management practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business leaders to identify AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Present AI solutions to executive leadership and clients.

Delivery & Innovation

• Provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor engineering teams on AI best practices and architecture standards.
