The Role • Lead the structural and content development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. • Provide clinical leadership for a newly formed multidisciplinary team. • Oversee diagnostics and therapy for children and adolescents, including treatment plan creation and supervision of junior doctors. • Establish and implement quality assurance measures and outcome tracking for the unit. • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialized clinics. • Engage in internal training and contribute to educational programs.
