The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick and confident solutions for various vehicle issues, from flat batteries to complex faults.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, managing your own demanding schedule.
• Serve as a proud ambassador for the organization, offering reassurance to members during stressful situations.
• Tackle varied challenges daily, adapting to different fixes and customer needs.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
