The Company:
An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High-Net-Worth Clients.
The Role:
The Investment Administrator will provide excellent administrative support to Investment Managers to help to deliver good client outcomes, ensuring that the private client or IFA receives a first class service.
Responsible for completing administrative, organisational and client related tasks accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. Will assist with responding to client enquiries and providing support at client meetings where appropriate.
The Investment Administrator will collate & distribute account opening packs and ensure that they are fully and accurately completed and that all necessary documentation is provided. Monitor the progress and timeliness of account opening and asset/cash transfers to meet client service standards.
The Investment Administrator will support in resolving client queries regarding their investment portfolios or account opening, and assist in preparing internal management information, ensuring that client data and records are accurate, consistent and up to date.
Liaise effectively with external custodians and providers to obtain information required for clients and their financial advisers.
The Investment Administrator will support Investment Management teams with daily administration tasks associated with the ongoing monitoring of client portfolios in line with company procedures and models, working closely with the Investment Assistant on the desk to ensure the team are fully supported.
The Investment Administrator will provide administrative support - writing up file notes, drafting letters, arranging client meetings - preparation and administration for client pitches and meetings, assisting team with ongoing projects
The Candidate
1-2 years Client Support or Financial Services Administration experience - within a Wealth Management setting.
Proficient in Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint – all at a basic level.
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work unsupervised when required
Good understanding of providing top client service.
