Job Description
A National Managed Service Provider in Wollongong is seeking a Senior Managed Services Engineer for a permanent role starting ASAP. You will deliver 3rd level remote and onsite IT support for clients, own platform architecture, and drive a range of IT projects.
You'll work with Service Desk and Project teams, mentor junior engineers, and provide strong customer service. A tertiary IT qualification and relevant Azure, Microsoft and VMware certifications are beneficial.
