Transport Supervisor | Weyhe, Germany | On-site We're hiring on behalf of a leading discount retailer known for its efficiency and strong market presence. This organization is seeking a motivated individual to join their logistics team and contribute to the seamless operation of their transport department. The Role • Support the Transport Supervisor in efficiently managing daily operations and leading a team. • Drive the implementation of LEAN initiatives and continuous process improvements. • Oversee the transportation of goods from the central warehouse to retail stores. • Manage loading and unloading of trucks using material handling equipment, including maintenance and care. What You'll Need • Proven expertise with 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics. • A completed vocational training as a Retail Specialist, Logistics Master, or a comparable qualification. • Strong communication skills, self-confidence, and assertiveness. • Proficiency in German (additional languages are a plus) and solid MS Office skills (especially Excel). • Experience with Transport Management Systems. • A valid driver's license for classes C/CE, including all required professional qualifications.
