Electronics Repair Technician II

TD Synnex is seeking an Electronics Repair Technician II to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of electronic and IT equipment supporting our cutting-edge software solutions. In this role, you will perform component-level troubleshooting, testing, and calibration using schematics, diagnostic tools, and industry-standard equipment. You'll document repairs, manage RMAs, and collaborate closely with engineers and support teams to ensure high-quality, reliable hardware for clients. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic and IT hardware to component level using diagnostic tools and schematics
• Perform functional testing, calibration, and quality assurance on repaired devices
• Document repair activities, parts used, and test results in service ticketing systems
• Collaborate with engineers and support teams to resolve complex hardware issues
• Manage RMAs, parts inventory, and adherence to repair turnaround times
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety standards, and company repair procedures
• Update firmware and BIOS on supported devices as needed
• Provide technical support insights to improve product reliability and service processes
