Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense system engineering, research, design, development, integration, test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government.

MSRC is seeking a full-time Junior Electronics / Engineering Technician to work in a lab environment and perform electrical engineering technician duties to include:
- Fabrication of cable assemblies for test and military hardware.
- Assembly of custom printed circuit boards and cable harnesses to military specifications.
- Fabrication of custom interface boxes and other test hardware.
- Perform analysis, integration, functional testing, troubleshooting, and check-out of hardware according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles.
- Perform periodic electrical testing of cable assemblies, custom circuits, and other military components and document results per customer specifications.
- Modify electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations under direction of Electrical Engineer.
- Develop wiring diagrams and layout drawings for cable harnesses, custom interface boxes, and other system or equipment modifications.
- Write procedures, reports, and other documentation as needed.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree in Electronics or related field preferred.
Job Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with standard test equipment (multi-meters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance.
