Primary Location: Oak Brook, Illinois
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Principal, Marketing Chief of Staff for our premier client in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, procurement
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven track record of managing budgets, contracts, and cross-functional projects in a large, complex organization
- Strong financial acumen and experience working with procurement and agency contracts
- Ensure accountability for key deliverables across Brand, Creative, Growth, CX, and BU marketing teams
- Act as proxy for CMO in operational discussions and cross-functional meetings when required
- Drive special projects such as agency consolidation, benchmark analysis, or organizational capability reviews
- Support preparation of board-level and executive leadership presentations
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing executive-level materials
- Lead RFPs, renewals, and evaluations for media, creative, research, and specialty agencies
- Serve as primary liaison for agency account managers and track performance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
