Oracle CX Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Oracle CX Cloud solution design and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years with Oracle CX Cloud, and expertise across Sales, Service, CPQ, Subscription, Marketing, and Field Service. You will work closely with business stakeholders to define CX strategies, lead discovery workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, design solution blueprints, and drive successful Oracle CX implementations. This role also requires strong presales, solutioning, client presentations, and executive stakeholder management skills, with proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle CX transformation programs. Candidates with AI/GenAI-enabled CX transformation and industry domain experience are highly preferred.
