Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor

In this Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor opportunity, you’ll combine hands-on industrial equipment repair with frontline leadership of a dedicated maintenance team.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor position include: Minimum five years repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial or military environment, plus two years of supervisory experience Hands-on manufacturing equipment maintenance background required; facilities management or building maintenance alone is not a fit Experience with 480-volt electrical systems required Knowledge of electrical wiring/components, pneumatic systems, steam, water systems, hydraulics, and supporting building maintenance Ability to use basic hand tools properly and safely Oversees 3-6 mechanics and 5 porters Maintains preventive maintenance programs and supports diagnostic troubleshooting Monitors quality of repairs, oversees building and physical plant repair issues, and adheres to safety programs Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
