The Role • Participate in patient admissions and initial contact, gathering medical history and communicating with relatives. • Coordinate and schedule appointments with patients, internal, and external service providers. • Organize diagnostic-medical examinations and therapy measures. • Support the medical team with organizational and administrative tasks, including attending rounds and processing orders. • Manage patient-related administration, such as case coding, applications, and certification. • Play a responsible role in managing and organizing the discharge process for patients. What You'll Need • Completed professional training as a Medical Assistant. • Ideally, some professional experience in a medical setting. • Solid knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in Windows Office applications. • Structured, independent, and service-oriented work approach with strong commitment and team spirit. • Excellent social skills and empathy when dealing with patients and their families.
