Head of IT Operations & Service Excellence

Be-IT is seeking a Head of IT Operations in Edinburgh to own and evolve the IT Operations function. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure availability and security across a broad technology estate, and drive improvements in service delivery and resilience.
