60 months of experience using programming languages such as SQL, PL/SQL.

60 Months of experience performance tuning complex SQL against enterprise SQL Server and DB2 databases.

18 months of experience working with projects or programs relating to higher education services

Detailed Job Description: Based on Governor’s Office priorities, there are crucial initiatives that benefit New York State Higher Education Services (HESC) and are part of the ITS/HESC project portfolio. This position will supplement the GLP DB staff for governor initiatives resulting from the 2024 NYS Budget and that effect HESC’s Grants and Scholarship programs.
