Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering design activities across water infrastructure projects
- Provide technical leadership to engineers, designers, and technicians
- Manage project delivery from outline design through to detailed design
- Review calculations, reports, and technical deliverables
- Support multidisciplinary design coordination and project planning
- Manage design quality, risk, and technical compliance
- Work closely with clients and project stakeholders
- Support resource planning and project prioritisation
Requirements
- Strong civil engineering experience within the UK regulated water sector
- Experience delivering clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Background in outline and detailed design delivery
- Strong understanding of UK water industry standards and requirements
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent experience preferred
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
