HIRING: Senior PeopleSoft Architect – Workday | Healthcare Enterprise Transformation 🚨

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Architect with strong Workday experience to lead architecture, integration, modernization, and enterprise transformation initiatives for a healthcare client.

The ideal candidate will bridge PeopleSoft and Workday platforms, define scalable target-state solutions, and provide hands-on technical leadership across HR, Finance, Security, Data, and Integration workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PeopleSoft solution architecture across application, PeopleTools, integration, data, security, infrastructure, and operations.
• Assess the current PeopleSoft landscape and define target-state architecture, modernization priorities, and technical roadmap.
• Design and troubleshoot PeopleSoft-to-Workday integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware, Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Lead data conversion, reconciliation, interface rationalization, coexistence, cutover, rollback, and decommissioning strategies.
• Guide PeopleTools upgrades, PUM/Change Assistant, performance, scalability, HA/DR, environment strategy, and release management.
• Define security controls including identity, RBAC, encryption, auditing, and data protection aligned with HIPAA requirements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Security, Infrastructure, Integration, and vendor teams.
• Lead architecture reviews, troubleshoot critical issues, mentor technical teams, and manage architecture and compliance risks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of enterprise application experience
• 8+ years of PeopleSoft architecture or senior technical leadership
• Strong PeopleSoft PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, PS Query, Data Mover & Process Scheduler
• Strong Workday implementation, integration, migration, or coexistence experience
• Hands-on Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services & Security
• REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration experience
• Data migration, conversion, batch processing, performance engineering & HA/DR
• Enterprise security and identity/access management experience
• Healthcare industry experience and HIPAA-aligned controls
• Strong architecture documentation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership

• PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM
• Workday HCM and/or Financials
• Healthcare ERP transformation
• Cloud platform experience
• Large-scale modernization initiatives
• Cutover, rollback, and decommissioning strategy experience
