Job Description

Project Lead / Project Manager<br />Location: South West London Business Park, London<br />Rate: £425–£480 per day (Contract CIS )<br />Duration: Approximately 35 weeks (until early February 2027)<br />We're working with a leading contractor to appoint an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to deliver an £18m CAT A commercial refurbishment across a live business park in Southwest London.<br />This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager who thrives in client-facing environments and has a strong track record delivering complex commercial refurbishment projects. You'll be leading a high-profile scheme where stakeholder management, technical expertise and programme delivery are key.<br />The Project<br />You'll take ownership of a major refurbishment programme across three occupied commercial buildings, including:

  • Full CAT A office fit-out
  • Reception and WC refurbishments
  • Major plant replacement works
  • Significant M&amp;E packages, accounting for approximately 50% of the project value
  • Delivering works within live, occupied buildings while minimising disruption to tenants and business operations<br />About You<br />We're looking for someone who has:
  • Proven experience delivering CAT A &amp; B commercial refurbishment projects
  • A strong background managing projects within live, occupied environments
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships
  • A diplomatic, professional and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong programme management and project coordination experience
  • Experience managing substantial M&amp;E packages
  • Good commercial awareness, including procurement and cost management
