Job Description

UX Designer Intermediate -San Antonio

Key Responsibilities

Create new user experience concepts using established design systems.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design solutions.
Conduct and support user research to validate concepts and ideas.
Execute designs through internal review and approval processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and uncover opportunities.
Partner with developers, analysts, and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Support multiple workstreams, including Security, Profile, and Recovery initiatives.
Evaluate customer feedback and research findings to improve products and experiences.

Required Skills
1. UX Design

Minimum 4 years of UX Design experience
Experience creating user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes

2. Design Ideation

Minimum 4 years of experience
Ability to generate innovative concepts and solutions for complex business challenges

3. Design Research

Minimum 4 years of experience
Experience conducting and supporting user research and validating design decisions through research findings

Experience working within enterprise environments.
