Job Description

As a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving quality engineering practices across the software development lifecycle. Working within a cross-functional Agile squad, you'll design, automate and execute testing activities that help deliver secure, scalable and high-performing solutions.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design, develop and execute automated test scripts and frameworks
  • Analyse requirements and user stories to define test approaches and estimate testing effort
  • Configure test environments, test data and supporting test assets
  • Identify, triage and investigate defects, working closely with engineers to resolve issues
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
  • Create and maintain testing documentation, reporting and quality metrics
  • Support production verification activities and incident investigations where required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes, tooling and practices
  • Promote a quality-first mindset across the squad and broader engineering teams
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience working as a QA Engineer, Test Automation Engineer or similar quality engineering role
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks in Playwright
  • Solid understanding of software development and hands on coding experience in Typescript
  • Experience with API, integration and end-to-end testing
  • Knowledge of performance and resilience testing practices
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • Strong learning ambition and knowledge in AI technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for quality engineering
