Description
Join our team to lead integration projects in a full-time capacity in the Charlotte, NC area. 
You''ll design, develop, and implement integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems. 
This role requires strong experience with integration platforms and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integrations using a leading integration platform.
Develop APIs and data transformations to connect cloud systems with enterprise and external platforms.
Oversee full API lifecycle from design to optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements.
Monitor integration performance and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8 years of IT experience with 5 years in integration platform development.
Experience integrating ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
Proven expertise in API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
