City of Kingston is seeking a Team Leader Organisational Development to provide strategic leadership and expert advice for workforce capability, culture and performance. You will lead a specialist team, partnering with Executives, Managers and Team Leaders to deliver contemporary programs that strengthen culture and the employee experience across Council.
