Job Description

Marvin, a leader in the manufacturing of custom windows and doors since 1912, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. This role is vital in fostering the initial connection between Marvin and our potential clients, setting the stage for effective sales communication. Our ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and dedicated to creating a positive first impression that aligns with Marvin's reputation for quality and craftsmanship in enhancing living spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce Marvin products and services.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
  • Maintain a detailed log of calls, including those which were not successful, and report on any common feedback or concerns that may arise.
  • Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest to ensure they are guided to the next steps in the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of scheduled appointments and refine approach strategies.
  • Continuously update and maintain customer information in the CRM database.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss targets, achievements, and ongoing improvements to the appointment setting process.
