A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a “MES Architect"
 
Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)
Role: “ MES Architect”
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Location : Austin, TX (Remote with some Travel)
 
Must have required skills – “Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva MES platforms” 

Primary Skill for the Role: “Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva MES platforms” 

Details:
As an MES Architect in the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will help manufacturing companies improve their operations by designing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), particularly using Siemens Opcenter, Apriso, or Aveva solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into practical MES solutions.
  • Design MES system architecture, including system setup, integrations, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Lead project activities such as:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Gap analysis
    • Process design
    • Data mapping
    • Testing
    • Deployment
    • Post-go-live support
  • Provide guidance to client leadership on MES capabilities and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Support internal team growth by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and helping solve complex challenges.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 7 years of MES experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva MES platforms.
  • Experience in:
    • Business requirements gathering
    • Process design
    • Fit-gap analysis
    • Data mapping
    • System configuration
    • Testing and deployment
    • Customer support
    • Documentation
    • Working with onsite and offshore teams
  • Experience using manufacturing data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience leading at least 2 MES implementation projects and defining system architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, or related fields.
  • Additional experience with Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva platforms.
  • Consulting industry experience.
  • MES platform certifications (Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva).
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project teams in a client-facing environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $80 - $85/- per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
