We at Coforge hiring for a highly skilled Senior Oracle Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects and a strong background in Oracle cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring timely delivery of Oracle project milestones, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in Oracle project management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple Oracle large scale projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify Oracle project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in project management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Oracle project management, with a focus on Oracle technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle projects on time and within budget.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle technologies, including Oracle databases, applications, and cloud services.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related services.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration processes involving Oracle systems.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and Oracle technologies.
