The Role • Analyze existing logistics processes and develop new methods and standards for continuous improvement of operational workflows. • Develop target concepts based on current state analyses and drive their implementation within a continuous improvement framework. • Conduct economic viability analyses and capacity planning, deriving concrete measures for efficiency enhancement. • Contribute to the development of logistical structures within projects and undertake sub-project leadership as needed. • Enhance performance metrics, conduct risk analyses (e.g., FMEA), and support digitalization and Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives. What You'll Need • A completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management. • Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Planning, or Process Management, along with project management experience. • Proficient application of Lean Management methods, process analysis, and continuous improvement tools. • Routine use of SAP/R3 and digital tools like Google Workspace; knowledge of data platforms or analysis systems like Skywise is advantageous. • Fluent communication in German and English, a structured work approach, innovative thinking, and willingness for occasional business travel within Germany.
