Technical Line Lead - FMCG Production & Leadership

Kinrise is seeking a Technical Line Lead for our Snackfoods team in Dandenong South. This role provides first-line technical support across production lines, reducing downtime and supporting continuity. You will partner with Maintenance, Quality and Production to keep equipment and processes meeting targets.

Ideal candidates have FMCG manufacturing experience, strong troubleshooting, coaching skills, and a hands-on leadership style on the production floor.
