The Role • Conduct diagnostics and therapy for patients with neurological speech, voice, and swallowing disorders, including those with tracheostomies and on intensive care units. • Independently plan and implement patient-centered speech-language therapy interventions. • Meticulously document findings, diagnostic procedures, and treatment progress, including performance recording. • Provide speech-language counseling to patients and their families. • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with physicians, nurses, therapists, and social services. • Collaborate closely with various healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. What You'll Need • Completed education as a Speech-Language Pathologist or equivalent qualification. • Experience in neurological rehabilitation is highly desirable. • Knowledge of neurogenic dysphagia treatment and tracheostomy management is preferred. • A proactive attitude, strong commitment, and enjoyment in taking on responsibilities. • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
