  • Budgetary Control: Track, analyze, and update the company's marketing budget on a monthly basis, ensuring strict adherence to financial forecasts.
  • Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors for both Indian and U.S. entities.

3. Regulatory Compliance (India & U.S.)

  • FEMA & RBI: Lead all FEMA compliances, focusing heavily on Outward Direct Investment (ODI) and the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS).

4. Taxation & Reporting

  • U.S. & Indian Tax Filings: Lead the preparation and filing of U.S. corporate tax returns, including the annual filing of Form 1040 along with all other applicable cross-border tax forms and schedules.
  • Investor Documentation: Streamline the issuance of U.S. tax forms (Schedule K-1, Form 1042-S) and Indian tax certificates.

5. High-Precision Accounting & Automation

  • ERPNext Automation: Maintain and optimize the ERPNext Accounting system (or equivalent). Drive end-to-end automation of manual tasks, establishing a seamless workflow right from posting journal entries to the final automated issuance of relevant tax forms to Indian investors.
  • Multi-Currency Bookkeeping: Oversee multi-currency transactions and manage a dual-jurisdiction chart of accounts.
  • Leadership: Supervise junior team members in day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, and expense management to ensure zero-error accounting.

Required Qualifications & Skills
