IS Technical Support Analyst

IS Technical Support Analyst - Hull - up to £32,000 plus benefits Join a global IT team where every day is different! You'll join a busy global IT environment supporting users, systems, and infrastructure across multiple sites.

This is a hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot issues, support core services, and help keep business-critical systems running smoothly.

What you'll do Provide 1st/2nd line support for Windows devices, servers, printers, and networks<br />Manage incidents and requests via ITIL ticketing systems<br />Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure)<br />Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues<br />Maintain IT assets and documentation<br />Support system changes, moves, and occasional out-of-hours coverWhat you'll need IT Support / Service Desk experience<br />Windows 10/11 and Active Directory knowledge<br />Microsoft 365 support experience<br />Basic networking troubleshooting skills<br />ITIL ticketing system experience<br />Full UK driving licenceDesirable:
