Job Description

Infinix India is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager - Key Account Management to drive end-to-end eCommerce business across leading online marketplaces. The role is responsible for revenue growth, category expansion, marketplace relationship management, and executing business strategies that enhance market share and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing key eCommerce accounts such as Amazon and Flipkart within the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive end-to-end eCommerce business growth across assigned online marketplaces.


  • Own revenue, profitability, market share, and overall business performance.


  • Manage strategic relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and other eCommerce partners.


  • Develop and execute category growth strategies, GTM plans, and promotional campaigns.


  • Lead new product launches and platform-specific marketing initiatives.


  • Analyze sales performance, pricing, category trends, and competitor activities.


  • Ensure accurate product listings, catalog management, pricing hygiene, and stock availability.


  • Partner with Supply Chain teams for demand forecasting and inventory planning.


  • Monitor key business metrics including GMV, Sell-out, Market Share, ASP, ROI, and profitability.


  • Handle commercial negotiations, claims reconciliation, and financial tracking.


  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities with marketplace partners.


  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • 10-15 years of experience in eCommerce Sales or Key Account Management.


  • Experience in Smartphones, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Durables, or related categories is highly preferred.


  • Proven experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, or other major online marketplaces.


  • Strong expertise in eCommerce business strategy, category management, GTM planning, and demand forecasting.


  • Hands-on experience with product launches, pricing strategy, promotions, and business analytics.


  • Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-backed business decisions.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.


Education


  • Graduate or Postgraduate from a reputed institute.
