Site Administrator (Full-time, Permanent)
Location and ScheduleLaverton Operations, Western Australia. 8 days on, 6 days off roster. FIFO from Perth to Leonora then bus to camp.
Job SummaryProvide on site administrative support including the preparation of correspondence, inventory management, travel arrangements, and other company tasks. Support the Laverton Operations team and General Manager, ensuring efficient, confidential and timely processing of site access compliance applications and related travel and accommodation logistics.
Responsibilities- Process Site Access Compliance applications efficiently and confidentially.
- Enforce visitor, new employee and contractor site entry procedures.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, site movements and related requirements for employees, contractors and visitors, including changes, follow up and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate accommodation, travel and site access records across relevant systems.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism when handling sensitive personnel, contractor and operational information.
- Manage front desk reception, contractor and site visitor induction processes.
- Follow up flight, accommodation, camp and maintenance related matters, including resident enquiries, no shows, late changes, recurring service issues and escalation with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the General Manager of the Laverton Operations.
- Strong computing skills and experience in general office administration.
- Experience with accommodation management software - Inflight, SAMS, PeopleTray.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Professional, flexible, adaptable attitude with a positive customer service approach.
- Supportive team player, effective within a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, conflicting priorities and across multiple tasks.
- High level of enthusiasm and a commercial acumen relevant to the role.
- Current unencumbered 'C' Class driver licence.
