Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within the US Recruitment, Staffing, and Non-IT Services industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and lead generation, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive professional who can build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving business development targets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, virtual presentations, and sales discussions to understand hiring and staffing requirements.
- Present recruitment, staffing, and non-IT service solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring challenges and recommend suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and effective account management.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, job portals, and other online platforms for lead generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Recruitment Coordination
- Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely candidate submissions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Support the recruitment lifecycle and ensure smooth coordination through successful placement.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track key performance metrics, including lead generation, client acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Recruitment Sales, Staffing, Non IT Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and account management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
