Job Description

Due to continued business growth, we're looking for an organised and proactive Travel Administrator & Personal Assistant to join our luxury travel concierge business. This is a varied role that combines travel operations with personal assistant responsibilities, supporting our small team in delivering exceptional service to clients while helping keep the business running smoothly and efficiently.

Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, typically 5 hours a day).

Pay: £13–£15 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses and personal travel / lifestyle benefits.

Location: Office-based in Caterham Valley, Surrey, with hybrid working available (1–2 days per week).

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to manage a varied workload. Experience in the travel industry, as a personal or executive assistant, office management or a similar administrative role would be an advantage.

Working as part of our small team, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the business, helping to ensure our clients continue to receive the exceptional service we're known for.

The Role:

  • Manage existing client bookings, including online check-in, seat selection, meals, extra baggage and other pre-departure arrangements.
  • Liaise with clients, airlines, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Process travel bookings accurately using supplier websites and internal booking systems.
  • Support the travel team with day-to-day travel administration and operational tasks.
  • Assist with social media content and marketing activities.
  • Provide personal assistant and administrative support across the business, helping to keep priorities organised and ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Help identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and the overall efficiency of the business.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is confident dealing with clients and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Can prioritise a varied workload and work independently.
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Ideally has experience in the travel industry, although this isn't essential.

Why Join Us:

  • Performance-related bonuses.
  • Personal travel and lifestyle benefits, including discounted holidays, familiarisation trips and other lifestyle perks.
  • Office-based in Caterham Valley, helping local candidates avoid the daily London commute.
  • A 25-hour working week, with hours that can fit around school drop-offs and pick-ups.
  • Hybrid working, typically 1–2 days per week.
  • A friendly, supportive working environment within a growing luxury travel concierge business.
  • The opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you. Please email your CV together with a short covering note explaining why the role appeals to you by 14 August to
