The Role • Operate and monitor a technically complex, multi-stage production plant with various integrated units. • Collaborate closely with team members in a shift-based environment, ensuring smooth handovers and clear communication. • Uphold stringent quality standards by conducting checks according to checklists and implementing corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time logs, including SAP entries, to maintain process transparency. • Provide support to maintenance personnel during repair and upkeep activities. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in packaging technology, process mechanics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable qualification. • Solid understanding of operating complex machinery and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • A strong commitment to safety, working methodically, cleanly, and adhering to established standards. • Excellent communication skills in German to ensure effective teamwork and process understanding. • Previous relevant professional experience beyond initial vocational training is desirable.
