SAP Finance Project Manager - Senior

Madiba is looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead Financial Transformation, Financial Reporting, and Data Integration initiatives for industry-leading clients.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance delivery — Fit-Gap, POCs, UAT, deployment
• Own project plans, status reporting, risk & issue management
• Be the primary business-facing lead with C-suite stakeholders
• Drive and lead SAP finance reporting strategies and solutions 

SAP Finance expertise we need:

• SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) — GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost/Profit Center Accounting
• Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and the S/4HANA Finance data model
• SAP Central Finance for consolidation across legacy ERP landscapes
• SAP Group Reporting / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / BW4HANA
• Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay process integration
• Finance data migration (Migration Cockpit/LTMC/LSMW) and reconciliation
• SOX compliance, audit readiness, and GAAP/IFRS-driven solution design

Financial reporting focus:

• Statutory, management, regulatory, and board-level reporting
• P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance/management reporting
• Multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-GAAP/IFRS consolidation
• Chart-of-accounts design and financial data governance

What you bring:

• 8–12 years of SAP Project Management experience
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or IT preferred
• Strong grasp of financial reporting, close & consolidation processes
• Big 6 Management Consulting background (preferred)
• Executive presence and proven C-suite engagement
• S/4HANA Data Warehouse experience is a plus
