The Role • Lead the development, authorship, and lifecycle management of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for complex, mission-critical programs. • Serve as the primary documentation authority, translating operational needs and technical concepts into clear, executable requirements. • Work closely with program managers, engineers, operators, and government stakeholders to capture intent and ensure alignment. • Apply disciplined documentation practices to resolve ambiguity and prevent downstream execution risk. • Operate with extreme ownership and accountability, proactively identifying and driving solutions. • Contribute to the evolution of PRD standards and best practices. What You'll Need • Knowledge of requirements development practices, including translating stakeholder inputs into clear, traceable written requirements. • Ability to work independently with minimal direction in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. • A Secret clearance is required. • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in technical documentation, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
