The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK. • Perform tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Offer reassurance and quick, confident solutions to members in need. • Start and end your workday from your own driveway. • Tackle diverse mechanical and electrical challenges on the roadside. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. • A proud ambassador for roadside assistance services.
