5+ years of hands-on experience designing enterprise RPA solutions.

Strong expertise in UiPath and Blue Prism.

Experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CRM platforms.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI, AI Agents, or AI-driven automation.

Strong knowledge of enterprise API integration and REST services.

Advanced SQL development, query optimization, and database performance tuning.

Experience preparing BRD, FRD, PDD, SDD, Functional Specifications, and Technical Documentation.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.

Experience using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
