Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise Platform Lead to manage and govern the organization's enterprise AI platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ChatGPT Enterprise administration, OpenAI platform operations, Codex workspaces, AI governance, cloud infrastructure, security, monitoring, and platform support.

This role is responsible for ensuring secure adoption of enterprise AI technologies while managing platform operations, user access, compliance, monitoring, usage analytics, and AI operational governance across global teams.

Responsibilities

ChatGPT Enterprise Administration

  • Administer ChatGPT Enterprise environment
  • Manage Admin Console
  • Domain verification
  • SSO / SAML integration
  • User onboarding and provisioning
  • Workspace administration
  • RBAC and permission management
  • Manage Custom GPTs
  • Assistants API administration
  • OpenAI API management
  • Codex workspace administration

AI Platform Operations

  • Provision and maintain Codex developer workspaces
  • Support AI agent execution environments
  • Manage agent lifecycle
  • Configure governance policies
  • Monitor AI workflows
  • Control execution limits
  • Manage plugins and integrations

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, SRE, IT Operations, or Enterprise Platform Administration
  • 2+ years supporting Enterprise GenAI platforms
  • Experience administering ChatGPT Enterprise
  • Experience with OpenAI APIs
  • Experience with Custom GPTs
  • Experience with Codex
  • Strong Azure experience (preferred)
  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong understanding of AI governance
  • SSO / SAML administration
  • RBAC
  • Enterprise Security
  • Monitoring using Datadog, Dynatrace or equivalent
  • ITIL / ITSM knowledge
