The Role • Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental. • Issue rental equipment (check-out) and provide competent customer training on operation. • Receive rental equipment (check-in), identify, and document damages. • Perform inspections, maintenance, care, and preparation of machinery and equipment, including UVV (accident prevention) checks. • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance in the workshop, on construction sites, or directly at customer locations. • Maintain cleanliness of the operating premises and ensure orderly site conditions. What You'll Need • Technical or trade-based vocational training is desirable, with previous experience in equipment maintenance and servicing. • A strong sense of responsibility, working reliably and accurately, especially during equipment issuance and return. • A proactive and team-oriented approach, eager to contribute and enjoy working collaboratively. • Enjoy providing professional advice to customers during equipment briefings. • A valid driver's license (minimum Class B). • Proficiency in using PCs and smartphones for communication and work documentation. • Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
