Site Lead - Civil Construction & Safety Leader

The Winslow Group is seeking a Site Leading Hand/Supervisor for infrastructure projects in Queensland. You will lead site teams on civil construction works, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while managing resources and subcontractors.

Located in Eight Mile Plains, QLD, the role requires proven leadership, strong reading of drawings, and the ability to drive short-term programs and KPI improvements across multiple sites. A White Card and valid driver's licence are mandatory.
