Beyond your technical skills, we're searching for someone who values teamwork, empathy, and making a positive impact. Our close-knit team supports each other like family, and we offer flexible hybrid working because we believe in trust and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply brand guidelines to ensure the app reflects the organisation’s identity and maintains a cohesive look and feel.
  • Design and build a bespoke mobile application targeting two main customer groups, with scalability for future growth.
  • Develop and integrate engaging features such as in-app messaging, reward incentives, visual progress tracking, and an event calendar.
  • Drive downloads and user engagement through intuitive design and interactive features.
  • Ensure app compliance with UK data protection laws (such as GDPR) and implement robust security measures.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services, such as payment gateways, analytics, or social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough app testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure performance, reliability, and usability across devices.
  • Monitor app performance and user feedback post-launch, applying updates and improvements as needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and app updates.
  • Collaborate with web developers for seamless integration between mobile and web platforms.
  • Optimise app performance for different devices and operating systems.
  • Stay current with mobile technology trends and recommend innovative features or improvements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for app users as required.

Benefits:

  • The salary depends on experience, £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
  • Pension Scheme
  • Employee Assist Perk Box
  • Team Socials
  • The role can be full-time or part-time pro rata’d.
  • Time off around key seasons: half-terms, Christmas, Easter, and a long summer break.
  • We only allow applications from candidates who are eligible to work in the UK.
