The Role • Lead the store team, supported by a deputy store manager. • Oversee store presentation, including ordering, visual merchandising, and daily operations. • Manage personnel, including creating schedules and fostering employee development. • Recruit and build the store's team. • Liaise with regional management to discuss performance and store growth. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, ideally with prior retail management experience. • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive approach. • Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback. • Availability for 40 hours per week, including regular weekends and evenings. • Willingness to complete an 8-week comprehensive training program in a designated training store. • Alignment with the company's core values: teamwork, discipline, cost-consciousness, simplicity, respect, and customer focus.
