Infrastructure Engineer (ServiceNow)

job summary:

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology Services team. This role focuses on driving high-tier ServiceNow infrastructure development, architecture, and workflow automation within an Agile ecosystem to support key business operations.

responsibilities:

• Design and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automations.
• Manage ServiceNow environment pipelines effectively across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations alongside IntegrationHub spokes.
• Provide L3 support and collaborate closely with Solution Architects on platform design decisions.

qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) or higher qualification.

Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow Architecture, Administration, and automation skillsets.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and Angular/Service Portal frameworks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with ECPRO, MID Server, Discovery, and ITIL processes.

Hands-on experience or exposure to scripting with GitHub Copilot, Gen AI, or Agentic AI.

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM) designation.
