IT Support Specialist Mobile Devices

Seeking an Associate Systems Admin to provide onsite technical support for participants using mobile devices and Apple Watches.

Responsibilities:

• Support participants during scheduled visits.
• Set up and configure iPhones/mobile devices.
• Pair Apple Watch with participant phones.
• Install required apps and configure settings.
• Verify connectivity, syncing, and device functionality.
• Troubleshoot basic mobile/wearable issues.
• Provide clear device-use instructions.
• Document setup and technical issues.
• Follow data privacy and study protocols.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant IT/technical support experience.
• Mobile device and Apple/iOS support experience.
• MDM experience preferred.
• Clinical research/healthcare technology experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
