Job Description

Seeking a Business Data Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) and financial business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, technical teams, and external vendors to support and enhance Dynamics 365 while ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • Support the integration of Dynamics 365 with external vendor applications.
  • Work closely with Finance teams on Cash Management, Payments, Credit, and Collections processes.
  • Analyze and validate financial data, ensuring accurate data exchange between systems.
  • Develop reports and perform data analysis using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and vendors during system enhancements, testing, and implementation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize business operations.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes including ACH, EFT, Check Payments, Payment Transfers, Cash Management, and Collections.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business process documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Enterprise ERP environments.
  • Knowledge of APIs, data integration, or ETL processes is a plus.
