Finance Manager International Manufacturing Environment

Our client, an international industrial company, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support strategic growth.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings under BeGAAP and USGAAP
• Manage reporting towards the European and US headquarters
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analyses
• Oversee balance sheet reviews, P&L analysis and cash flow reporting
• Supervise work-in-progress valuation and percentage-of-completion accounting
• Manage inventory valuation, provisions and working capital optimisation
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Review costing, overhead calculations and profitability analyses
• Manage banking relationships and treasury-related topics
• Lead, coach and develop a small finance team
• Act as a business partner for operational management and participate in management meetings

• Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting, controlling or finance, including solid experience with USGAAP reporting and team management
• Languages: Fluent French and professional English (daily interactions with international stakeholders)
• Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent, with strong knowledge of BeGAAP and USGAAP
