The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs. • Build displays and end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation. • Track inventory to ensure maximized sales opportunities for stores and suppliers. • Engage with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. • Work independently to complete tasks while also possessing successful team-building skills. What You'll Need • Be 18 years or older. • Comfortable performing physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Possess reliable transportation to and from work locations. • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Be a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results. • Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
